Strong eSIM is committed to customer satisfaction and offers refunds for eSIM purchases under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility: You are entitled to a full refund if the eSIM has not been activated. Once the eSIM is activated (i.e., the QR code has been scanned or the eSIM profile has been downloaded), it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support at info@strongesim.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number, email address, and the reason for your refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 14 business days.
