My eSIM has no internet after landing

The three minute checklist that fixes 9 out of 10 connection issues.

You landed, the eSIM is installed, and the internet is pretending not to know you. Almost always one of three switches is off. Work through this list in order; most travelers are online by step 3.

Quick sanity check first: is the plan activated? Validity starts on first connection, so a freshly installed eSIM activates the moment these settings are right.

1

Turn the eSIM line on

Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Network). Tap your StrongeSIM line and make sure Turn On This Line is enabled.

2

Enable Data Roaming for the eSIM

Still inside the StrongeSIM line settings, switch Data Roaming on. Travel eSIMs need it because you are, technically, roaming. It does not create roaming charges on our plans, that is the entire point of buying one.
3

Select the eSIM for Mobile Data

Go back to Cellular → Cellular Data and choose the StrongeSIM line. If your home SIM is still selected for data, your phone keeps trying to roam expensively on it instead.

4

Airplane mode, 10 seconds, off

The classic for a reason: it forces the phone to reattach to the strongest local network with the new settings.
5

Still offline? Pick a network manually

Settings → Cellular → StrongeSIM line → Network Selection. Turn off Automatic and choose another listed carrier. Wait up to a minute while your phone introduces itself.
