No signal, slow data, and quick fixes

Nine times out of ten the fix is turning the eSIM line on, enabling data roaming for that line, and selecting it for mobile data. The illustrated checklist takes three minutes.

Usually the phone is clinging to a weak network. Switching network selection to manual, picking another carrier, and toggling airplane mode fixes most slow connections.

That message refers to the physical SIM slot, not your eSIM. Check that the eSIM line itself is enabled in settings, then restart the phone.

Tethering is included on all plans. If it refuses, make sure the eSIM line is selected for mobile data and restart the hotspot toggle. Some phones hide hotspot per line.

Deleting the eSIM removes it from the phone permanently. Message support right away with your order number and we will reissue where possible.

StrongeSIM plans are data only, so classic SMS rides your home SIM as usual. WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, and every other data messenger work perfectly over the eSIM.

Give it up to ten minutes on a strong connection, then restart the phone. Still spinning? Toggle airplane mode, check Data Roaming is on for the line, and if it survives all that, message support and we will kick it from our side.

Dual SIM standby costs a little battery. Keep the eSIM line off until landing day and disable the home line data roaming, and the drain returns to normal.

Apps that guess location by IP address may greet you in the local language or show local prices. Your accounts are unaffected, and GPS based apps like Maps keep using your real position.
